NightCap was born from a dream, literally. At just 16 years old, founder Shirah Benarde envisioned a simple but powerful way to prevent drink spiking after her friend’s experience at a party. That idea became the NightCap Scrunchie, a wearable drink cover that discreetly doubles as a hair accessory. Joined by her brother Michael, the two co-founded NightCap with a mission to make nightlife safer for everyone.
The idea quickly gained national attention after securing a deal on Shark Tank and has since grown into a global safety movement.
